Participants will learn and understand the importance of choosing a supportive care team, what a TOLAC is, what to expect when laboring after a cesarean and much more! This class will cover signs of labor, labor and birth positions, immediate and long-term postpartum care and more. Sessions are held virtually over Zoom, recorded for playback and scheduled from 6 - 9 p.m.
