TLC Guide to Early Pregnancy - This guide will help to answer some of the questions you have prior to your initial prenatal appointment to confirm your pregnancy. We cover nutrition, movement, partner support, common discomforts, and provide a list of five journal prompt so you can start connecting with your baby and your new persona as "pregnant person."
Under Lock and Key Package
This package includes the following:
Three, 1-hour phone consultations each month during the first trimester of your pregnancy. Chat with our experienced Lamaze Childbirth Educator and DONA Certified Birth Doula to learn more about what is happening in your body, how you are feeling, and to walk you through those first twelve weeks before you make your big announcement!
